With Pic2Go you can now offer participants with free (branded) event photos instantly posted on Facebook -
maximizing the exposure of the event for event owners and maximising brand engagement, social reach and fans acquisition for event sponsors.

Pic2Go's operation is easy and requires no special equipment or qualified photographers, our team also looks after the Pic2Go project management so you can focus on doing what you do best!

Print Pic2Go QR codes on race bibs, lanyards or promotional material

Each participant will have a unique QR code - matching a bib number (or a unique code).
We provide you with the QR codes as graphic files - to be used by your selected printer while printing the bibs, lanyards or promotional material.

Photograph competitors / event attendees then upload photos to the Pic2Go system

Event photography is done by your selected photographers "as usual". There's no need for any special equipment or timing system connectivity.

Once taken - you only need to upload the photos to the Pic2Go system. No resizing or pre-processing is required as our system optimizes photos upload speed automatically.

The system automatically recognizes participants in photos

Once uploaded - Our Pic2Go system scans the 2D QR codes on the bibs or lanyards in all event photos for automated bib-number / attendee identification.
All photos are automatically tagged with the recognized bib number(s)/unique codes.

Competitors/attendees type their bib number or unique code in your site and get the photos posted to their Facebook (in branded albums)

They are invited to opt-in to the Pic2Go application with their bib number/unique code through a widget (small form) placed on your event website.
This can be done either before or after the event.
Once the photos are tagged by the system - they are branded and posted directly to their personal Facebook profiles - instantly shared with all of their Facebook friends.
